Makro/ 5 hydraulische membraandoseerpomp

Makro/5 hydraulic diaphragm metering pumps feature by their modular extensibility. With optionally one or two liquid ends and one or more mounted pumps they are enlargeable to a maximum capacity of up to 40 000 l/h.

Features

  • Drive unit is designed for the operation of two liquid ends with a capacity of 2 x 6 000 l/h
  • Extensible to 40 000 l/h through up to three mounted pumps, at reduced counter-pressure up to 4 mounted pumps (use of a mounting frame necessary)
  • Counter-pressure 6 - 25 bar
  • With double-head-version M5HaD (main pump) and M5HaB (mounted pump) the liquid ends are operated in push-pull-technology
  • Standard drive: spur gear motor 3 kW (optionally 5.5 kW), 230/400 V, 50/60 Hz, protection class IP 55 (optionally ATEX-T3/T4), Isolation class F
  • Stroke length adjustment 0-50 mm
  • Stroke length adjustment: manually (optionally with variable speed drive)
  • Optional frequency converter for speed control, protection class IP 54, with evaluator for the temperature control of the motor
  • Optional stroke sensor with Namur-signal for the registration of each dosing stroke, suitable for charge dosing or proportional dosing.
  • Gear housing: cast, seawater resistant, acrylic resin coated
  • Liquid end materials: Polypropylene, PVC, PTFE with carbon, stainless steel W. No. 1.4571/1.4404
  • Reproducibility of dosing at defined conditions and correct installation better +/- 1% (stroke length range 10-100%)
  • Suction lift varying with density and viscosity of medium as well as connection pipework and the stroke number
